1. Who we are

JobsVista (“we”, “us”) operates jobsvista.in — a hiring platform connecting job seekers with verified employers in India. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Using JobsVista

• Provide accurate information in your profile, applications, and listings.
• One account per person; keep your password confidential.
• Do not post fraudulent jobs, scrape the platform, spam users, or attempt to bypass security.

3. For job seekers

Applying is free. We forward your application to the employer's hiring team; the hiring decision and process belong to the employer. Response-rate and reply-time figures are indicators, not guarantees.

4. For employers & recruiters

Job postings must be genuine, lawful, and for real vacancies. We verify employers and recruiters before listings carry a Verified badge, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Never charge candidates any fee at any stage — doing so results in immediate removal.

5. Content & data

You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the platform. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We work hard to verify listings but cannot guarantee outcomes of any hiring process. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
