Our golden rule

No genuine employer ever charges a candidate money.If anyone asks you to pay for an application, interview, training kit, laptop deposit, or “registration” — it is a scam. Walk away and report it to us.

How we verify

• Employers: confirmed as registered businesses before earning a Verified badge.
• Recruiters: identity confirmed via their corporate email domain.
• Jobs: a listing is Verified only when posted by a verified recruiter at a verified company.

Red flags to watch for

• Any request for payment, at any stage, for any reason.
• Offers without an interview, or salaries far above market for trivial work.
• Interviews conducted only on WhatsApp/Telegram with no company email.
• Pressure to decide “within the hour”.
• Requests for OTPs, bank details, or identity documents before an offer letter.

Report a suspicious job

Use the Report a job form (reviewed with priority) or email info@jobsvista.in. Confirmed fraudulent listings are removed and the accounts behind them banned.
