Brightpath Retail supplies inventory software to 2,000+ retail stores. You'll lead a team of five inside-sales reps, own the pipeline, and drive monthly revenue targets.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 5 inside-sales reps
- Own pipeline hygiene and monthly revenue targets
- Refine outreach scripts and qualification process
- Report performance to the head of sales
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B inside sales, 1+ leading a team
- CRM fluency (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce)
- Strong coaching and objection-handling skills
- Hindi + English fluency; Marathi a plus
