About the role
Apex Systems runs cloud infrastructure tooling used by engineering teams across India. This is a fully remote role building reliable, well-tested backend services in Node.js and TypeScript.
What you'll do
- Design and build REST/GraphQL services in Node.js + TypeScript
- Own services end to end: code, tests, deployment, monitoring
- Model data in PostgreSQL and Redis
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident reviews
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of backend experience, 2+ with Node.js
- Strong database and API design fundamentals
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Self-directed; strong written communication for remote work
